Mr Boyane Tshehla is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at North-West University. He holds an LLM in Criminal Justice from the University of Cape Town and a B.Proc from the University of the North (now University of Limpopo). His research and teaching cover a broad range of subjects, including Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence, Jurisprudence, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Environmental Law. His scholarship addresses questions of justice, accountability, and legal reform within South Africa’s evolving constitutional framework.
