Background

Lerato Rudolph Ngwenyama is a senior lecturer and teaches Constitutional Law and Interpretation of Law. Ngwenyama holds the degrees Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Venda, Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law by coursework from the University of Johannesburg and a Doctor of Laws (LLD) in Public Law from Stellenbosch University. He is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. His research straddles the borders between social justice, property law and socio-economic rights.
